How does shipping work?

All product are shipped from Shenzhen China, using a local courier. They will be handed over to a 3rd party courier in your destination country (DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail..ect). Shipping takes 7-15 business day. Full details in Shipping policy.

* all orders are capped at 2 kgs. If you see 8888 on the checkout page your have reached the limit. You can email us for assistance with orders over 2kgs.

Can I track my package?

Yes, once an order is place, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the tracking website to use. Tracking Information will be updated by the courier. If you need further tracking information you can email us for assistance.

Do I pay Custom fees?

No, all customs/duties fees are pay by us. This will be included in the shipping cost. Full details in shipping policy.

CCIC, BCTC, APH, OCD are some of most recognized graders in China. You can see full details and video of the graded cards QR code scanning here.

What payment methods can I use?
