Customs & Import Duty Policy

To keep our product prices and international shipping rates as competitive as possible, we operate a split-duty model that is clearly defined below.

1. Countries where WE prepay customs duties and VAT/GST

Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) service is provided for shipments to the following destinations. Any customs duties, import VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are calculated and remitted by us at no additional cost to you:

• List of countries where we pay duties (USA/ Singapore/ UK/ Spain/ Australia/ Italy/ Luxembourg/ Netherlands/ Germany/ Belgium/ Czech Republic/ Hungary/ Romania/ Austria/ Thailand/ Sweden/ Portugal/ Denmark/ Ireland/ France/ Spain/ Greece/ Estonia)

2. Countries where YOU are responsible for customs duties and VAT/GST

For all other destinations, our invoices are issued on a Delivered-At-Place (DAP) basis. Under these Incoterms, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges assessed at destination remain the sole responsibility of the consignee (buyer). These charges are collected by the destination country’s customs authority or its appointed courier and are therefore not included in the merchandise price or the shipping fee we quote.

We recommend that purchasers review the appropriate list above and, if required, consult their local customs office or courier for an estimate of any duties or taxes before placing an order.

Yes, once an order is place, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the tracking website to use. Tracking Information will be updated by the courier. If you need further tracking information you can email us for assistance.

All product are shipped from Shenzhen China, using a local courier. They will be handed over to a 3rd party courier in your destination country (DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail..ect). Shipping takes 7-15 business day. Full details in Shipping policy.

* all orders are capped at 4 kgs. If you see 8888 on the checkout page your have reached the limit. You can email us for assistance with orders over 2kgs.
