1. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method, which typically takes 7-15 business days to deliver. Goods are shipped from Shnezhen China via “air”, once clearing customs they are handed over to a 3rd party courier service.(DHl, Royal Mail,UPS, FEDEX, USPS…ect).
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs may vary based on the destination.
2. Shipping Costs
International Orders: International shipping costs are determined by the destination country and the weight of the package. Additional customs fees/ taxes are paid by us and included in the shipping cost.
We have capped our delivery at 2 KG, if you see 8888 during the checkout, you have reached the weight limit. Please email us for assistance.
The weight limit will be adjust in time.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase.During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.You can track your order using the tracking number provided through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8. Handling of Lost or Damaged Packages

You may be required to provide photos or other documentation to support your claim.
