1. Eligibility for Refunds
Return Window: You may return certain Pokémon product purchased from our website within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Product: Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging. This includes all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Exceptions: The following products are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Opened or Used Products:
Booster boxes, booster packs and any gift boxes are not eligible for return dues to the nature of of re-sealing packages.
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns or refunds.Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized for you.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help.connekt@gmail within the 7-day return window.Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.We will review your request and provide further instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
3. Returning the Product
Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please inform us in advance.
Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item is generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.If the item is approved for a refund, we will notify you via email and process the refund within 7 business days.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. A 10% fee is charged on ALL refunded product (refund amount = item cost - 10%). Please note that it may take up to 14 business days or more for the refund to reflect on your bank statement or credit card.
5. Handling of Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective Pokémon product, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. Provide photos/video of the damaged or defective item and a brief description of the issue.We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Limited Edition or Exclusive Items: Products that are limited edition, exclusive releases, or part of a special collection are non-refundable.Collectible Items: Any collectible items, such as rare or vintage Pokémon products, are non-refundable.
7. Package refusal
If the receiver (you) refuses to accept the package on delivery and returns it to us (thepokeconnekt), the receiver will be charged the shipping cost for return shipping.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.Your continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
